Soniya Mathew

Soniya Mathew is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as a Senior Principal Engineer in Analog Layout at onsemi since September 2023. Prior to this role, Soniya worked as a CMOS Sensor Design Engineer at STFC from January 2020 to September 2023, and held various positions at Infineon Technologies from January 2011 to August 2019, including Application System Engineer and Senior Layout Engineer. Soniya's career began at Texas Instruments, where responsibilities included serving as a Senior IC Layout Engineer from August 2004 to August 2011. Soniya holds a Master of Science degree in Microelectronics from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
