Aisha Anwar

Aisha Anwar began their work experience in 2011 as a Tutor at The Tutor Trust and also worked as a Duty Manager at Stonegate Pub Company Limited from 2010 to 2013. Aisha then joined CLB Coopers in 2013 as a Junior Auditor and eventually worked their way up to becoming an Audit Assistant Manager. Aisha was also involved in auditing various clients and gained the ACA qualification. In 2015, they became the Chair of the Manchester Chartered Accountants Students' Society, where they organized events for aspiring chartered accountants. Aisha joined the Manchester Chartered Accountants Student Society as a Social Secretary in 2014 and later became the Vice President and then the President. In 2017, they took on the role of Financial Controller at Innovative Technology Ltd and also served as the President of the Manchester Chartered Accountants Students' Society. Since 2020, Aisha has been working at On the Beach, first as a Financial Controller and currently as the Head of Financial Control. Aisha is also a Board Member of the ICAEW Business Committee, contributing to the development and implementation of ICAEW strategy for business members. Overall, Aisha has gained extensive experience in financial control, auditing, and leadership roles throughout their career.
