Tara Sauernheimer has a strong background in supply chain management and procurement. Tara currently holds the position of Sr. Director, Supply Chain at On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina since April 2022. Before that, they were the Director, Supply Chain at the same company from January 2022 to April 2022. Prior to their current role, Tara served as Senior Manager, Sourcing and Distribution at On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina from September 2019 to January 2022. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Category Manager, Food and Beverage at Main Event Entertainment. Before that, Tara gained extensive experience at LSG Sky Chefs, where they held the positions of Senior Category Manager, Retail from January 2009 to June 2017 and Pricing Manager from May 2005 to January 2009.
Tara Sauernheimer earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Nutrition Sciences from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center between 1996 and 1998.
