Tom Moore-Stanley possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, primarily within the technology and digital sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Tech, Digi, and R&D at On, Tom has also held interim leadership roles in talent acquisition across the Americas. Previous experience includes leadership positions in recruitment at finleap, where Tom progressed from Senior Tech Recruiter to Head of Recruitment. Earlier roles include serving as a Recruitment and Sales Consultant at RED - The Global SAP Solutions Provider and experience in forensic science with LGC.
