Ming-Chieh has experience in the fintech industry, working as a Fintech thought publisher and Co-Founder/CIO of Fintel. Ming-Chieh has also worked at Shanghai Geant Technology Co., Ltd as the Head of International Business, contributing to the company's significant growth. Ming-Chieh started their career as an IT Contractor at HSBC and later gained experience in strategy consulting at PwC, where they contributed to change management and digitalization projects for major banks. Ming-Chieh holds an MBA from the Johnson School, Cornell University and has a background in project management from their time as a Senior Consultant/Project Manager at J.P. Morgan Asset Management.

Ming-Chieh Lee earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University in 1999. Ming-Chieh then obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Science from New York University in 2003. Later, Ming-Chieh completed an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management between 2009 and 2011.
