Evi Kateva is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Senior HR Administrator at the ONASSIS FOUNDATION since March 2021, where responsibilities include managing the internal employee tool (SAP-Success Factor) and providing HR advisory services. Previously, Evi worked as an HR Administrator at PwC Greece from February 2020 to March 2021, contributing to HR policy design, onboarding and offboarding processes, compensation and benefits administration, and data analysis. Prior experience includes roles as an Administrative Assistant at MediChic, focusing on recruitment and payroll support, and as an Assistant Accountant at Hellenic Aerospace Industry S.A., where duties involved data recordkeeping and financial reporting. Evi holds a Master's degree in Global Human Resource Management from Newcastle University Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Economic and Regional Development from Panteion University.

Onassis Foundation’s mission is and will always be human centric.
