Nichole Cole

Nichole Cole is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in utilization management and pharmacy operations. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of UM Operations & Systems at OncoHealth, Nichole oversees the entire utilization management process while ensuring compliance and quality care. Prior roles include Director of Clinical Pharmacy, where Nichole demonstrated expertise in clinical operations and regulatory compliance, and Pharmacist In Charge at Washington University in St. Louis, where Nichole successfully designed and managed an outpatient infusion center and retail pharmacy. Nichole holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from the University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis.
