Roberto Ochoa Planchart

Dr. Roberto Ochoa Planchart is a board-certified Medical Oncologist and Hematologist based in Florida. He earned his medical degree from Escuela Luis Razetti, Universidad Central de Venezuela in Caracas and completed an internal medicine residency with the Hospital de Clinicas Caracas in Venezuela. When he arrived in the U.S., Dr. Ochoa Planchart completed a research fellowship at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. He would then complete an additional internal medicine residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami where he received the Eric Reiss Outstanding Teaching Award. While completing his Hematology / Oncology fellowship at the University of Miami, Dr. Ochoa Planchart served as Chief Fellow and received the Peter A. Cassileth M.D. Outstanding Hematology / Oncology Fellow Award.
