Dan Spiegel

Dan Spiegel is the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Coldwell Banker Commercial®. In this role, he leads the Coldwell Banker Commercial network and oversees the strategy implementation and daily operations of the brand, one of the most recognized in the real estate industry with over 3,000 commercial real estate professionals in over 500 markets in North America and around the world. Dan previously served in leadership roles at two publicly traded real estate firms; as EVP, Operations for Colliers International in the U.S., and in a similar role at Grubb & Ellis Company. Dan has worked with occupiers and owners of real estate and is an Illinois licensed real estate managing broker. Passionate about people and adaptation to change, he frequently writes on the topic of the intersection of technology and real estate and is active in organizations such as ULI and the CRE technology community. But, no matter which hat he is wearing, his goal is simple – to build a strong connection with people and work with them to achieve desired business outcomes.
