After 34 years in real estate, One Agency founder Paul Davies had tried every business model available. He’d worked for someone else, acted as a sole agent, built up a high-performing high-profile franchise office and then when that lost money slipped back into operating as a boutique self-named agency. But each model had benefits and flaws.

One day, realising that his latest low-overhead business was low-stress and high-profit he boasted about his achievement to his wife. Her response was “If it’s that good why don’t you offer it to others.” With that epiphany, the idea for One Agency was born.

Rather than offering a traditional commission-based arrangement, we invite agents and agencies to join the One Agency brand for a one-off establishment fee and an economical monthly fee. No matter how many properties you sell, once the monthly fee is paid, the rest is yours to keep.
