David Stark

David Stark is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the financial industry, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at One since August 2021. Prior to this role, David held several senior positions at Goldman Sachs from September 2015 to August 2021, including Partner and Head of Apple Card, Managing Director, and Chief Risk Officer for the Consumer Lending Division. David's career also includes significant roles at Citi from January 2007 to September 2015, where responsibilities encompassed managing credit policy, overseeing a substantial segment of the Citi Cards portfolio, and leading decision science initiatives. Earlier in David's career, experience includes a role as a C++ Programmer at Accenture from June 1997 to June 1998. David holds a Master of Science in Operations Research from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from SUNY Geneseo.
