Deeksha Chugh

Deeksha Chugh is an experienced leader in the AI and machine learning sector, currently serving as the Head of AI/ML at One, a fintech venture supported by Ribbit Capital and Walmart, since September 2024. Prior to this role, Deeksha co-founded a stealth AI startup, where strategic roadmaps were developed through executive interviews and investor pitches. Deeksha's extensive background at Block included positions such as Head of Machine Learning for Growth Intelligence and Machine Learning Engineering Manager, where significant advancements in data science and AI solutions were achieved. Deeksha's career began with a foundation in data science at various companies, including RadiumOne and The Clorox Company, and was grounded with strong academic credentials from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, and the University of San Francisco.
