Lisa Dirrim has over 35 years of experience in ministry and business, currently serving as a Missionary at One Collective since July 2007, an organization formerly known as International Teams. Prior to this role, Lisa held the position of VP of Ministry & Business Lending at Evangelical Christian Credit Union for nearly three decades, from 1978 to 2007. Lisa obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University between 2002 and 2004.

We send trained leaders into communities around the world who come alongside locals and listen carefully to their needs and strengths. We stick with communities long-term, caring for economic, physical, and spiritual needs. We search for the invisible, and our leaders bring people from the community and others together to help the oppressed.
