James Collier possesses extensive experience in application development and management within the gas measurement sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Gas Measurement Applications at ONE Gas since February 2014, James oversees the application development team and IT vendors, managing key business applications such as FlowCal and Itron systems. Prior to this role, James held the position of Team Lead Measurement Applications at ONEOK from December 2000 to February 2014, where responsibilities included managing similar applications. James's career began at Phillips Petroleum, where from December 1987 to September 2000, James worked as an Oracle DBA and Team Lead on various projects, including mergers and acquisitions applications and downstream transportation systems. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computers from Oklahoma State University, earned between 1980 and 1985.
