Jessica Miles

Jessica Miles, PHR, has extensive experience in talent management and human resources, primarily with ONE Gas and ONEOK. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Management at ONE Gas, Jessica has also held various directorial roles, including Director of Enterprise Services and Director of HR Business Partnership. Prior to this, Jessica gained valuable experience as a Manager and Supervisor in Employee Relations at ONEOK. Jessica began the career in HR as a Consultant and Account Representative at Jacobi Kelley and has management experience as a Store Manager at Starbucks Coffee Company. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Fort Hays State University.
