Kelsey Coles

Kelsey Coles currently serves as a Senior Business System Analyst, Project Manager, and Senior Business Analyst at ONE Gas since May 2018. Prior to this role, Kelsey held the position of Operations Analyst at Gateway Mortgage Group, LLC from March 2016 to May 2018, where responsibilities included project management, design, and implementation of Aspect WFM, WFO, and RTA, as well as developing custom metrics reports for management. From 2010 to February 2016, Kelsey was a CCO Reporting Analyst at Trase Miller, focusing on creating and distributing company-wide statistics and improving automated processes for enhanced efficiency. Kelsey holds an Associate’s Degree from Tulsa Community College, earned between 2009 and 2013.
