Nicky Thornton

Nicky Thornton currently serves as Supervisor of Customer Outreach at ONE Gas, having been with the company since November 2019, where responsibilities include supporting growth initiatives and educating customers about available programs. Previously, Nicky worked at BOK Financial as Vice President, Commercial Senior Marketing Manager from October 2011 to November 2019, achieving over $1 million in opportunities through innovative marketing strategies. Nicky also held the position of Director of Media and Marketing at South Community Church from March 2016 to May 2018, focusing on aligning marketing initiatives with the church's vision. Earlier experience includes roles as Communications Manager and Marketing Specialist at Cox Communications, where Nicky managed media relations and developed customer service strategies. Nicky began a professional career as an intern at Hinkle Creative Services in 2006 and holds a B.S.B.A in Marketing and Advertising from The University of Tulsa, along with pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Oklahoma State University.
