Stuart Lacy has extensive experience in operations and telecommunications management, currently serving as the Manager for Operations Applications at ONE Gas since August 2014, where responsibilities include leading the Environment management team. Prior to this role, Stuart worked at ONEOK Inc. from September 1998 to August 2014 as the Manager of the Telecommunications Team. Additionally, Stuart held a position at ONE Gas from 2012 to 2014 as the Manager of the Tech Arch Team for the WMFE project.
