Yabo Wu currently serves as the Chief Actuary and Head of Data Science at One Health Link since March 2020, bringing extensive experience in actuarial science and data management to the role. Prior positions include Manager at both Ping An Healthcare Management from October 2017 to June 2019 and Deloitte from September 2010 to April 2017. Yabo Wu also worked as an Actuary at American General Life Companies from 2008 to 2010 and as an Actuarial Assistant at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts from 2006 to 2008. Yabo Wu holds a Master's degree in Biomathematics, Bioinformatics, and Computational Biology from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Tsinghua University.

One Health Link Inc is a Connecticut-based health technology company that provides an AI driven technology platform to support Value-Based Care. Healthcare is shifting from a volume-based to value-based payment model with the largest payor in the country, CMS, being the primary proponent for this change. This presents new challenges to key stakeholders. For providers and pharmaceutical companies, new tools and capabilities are needed to identify common value metrics to support a value-based contract design and risk sharing arrangements. Further, they need better tools to help effectively manage risk to optimize financial outcomes. For health plans, their current contracting and claim processing infrastructure cannot support a value-based payment model. They also need more cost-effective member engagement tools to manage risk and improve outcomes. We equip providers and payors with smart tools that enable value-based payment and improve population health management. Our technology platform consists of 2 product modules, ValueGen and HealthGen.
