Pauline Niesseron currently serves as the Assistant Director of Building Safety at One Housing, where leadership is provided in the implementation of the organization's Building Safety programme. Prior to this role, Pauline worked at the Greater London Authority for over five years, holding various positions including Programme Manager for the Building Safety Fund, overseeing a £1bn initiative to enhance the safety of high-rise residential buildings, and leading the GLA’s policy response following the Grenfell Tower tragedy. Additional experience includes roles at the London Assembly, the London School of Economics and Political Science, and various consulting positions, with educational qualifications in urban planning, international business, and geography from prestigious institutions across multiple countries.
