One Million Degrees
Dean Bailey currently serves as the Grants Manager at One Million Degrees since November 2021. Prior experience includes roles such as Assistant Director for High School Success at Bridges to a Brighter Future from January 2015 to November 2021, where Dean cultivated relationships with students and families, providing guidance and mentoring. Dean has also worked as a Volleyball Coach at Carolina One Volleyball Club, focusing on skill development for players. Other professional experiences encompass positions at the South Carolina Department of Social Services as a Human Services Specialist, YMCA as an After School Program Site Director, and multiple roles at Bridges to a Brighter Future, including Head Counselor and Saturday College Coordinator. Dean's early career included roles as a Resident Assistant at Furman University and Assistant Manager at Domino's Pizza. Dean holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences from Furman University, earned in 2012.
