One Million Degrees
Gaby Román is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data analysis and policy advocacy. Currently serving as the Director of Organizational Data at One Million Degrees since August 2019, Gaby previously held the role of Director of Policy Analysis at the Center for Tax and Budget Accountability, where efforts focused on promoting social and economic justice through data-driven approaches. Early career experiences include positions as a Research Associate at Year Up and as a Sales Support Specialist at New Sector Alliance, alongside participation in the RISE Fellowship, which supports emerging leaders in social enterprise. Gaby holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy with a minor in Applied Statistics from the University of Michigan.
