Currently serving as the Manager of Campuswide Programs at One Million Degrees, Juliette leads a team of Program Coordinators at Harold Washington College, focusing on staff management, mentorship, and the execution of comprehensive student support programs. Previous roles include Senior Program Coordinator at One Million Degrees, where impactful partnerships with institutions like Elmhurst University were established, and Community Schools Coordinator at Columbia College Chicago, overseeing site-based programs and staff. Juliette has held various positions, including Community Engagement Manager at Juan & Only and Administrative Assistant at The Mannik & Smith Group, where a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion advisory board was created. With a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies/Political Science from Youngstown State University, Juliette combines educational qualifications with a strong commitment to fostering student success and community collaboration.
