One Million Degrees
Melissa Rodriguez is an experienced program coordinator currently working at One Million Degrees since December 2019. Prior to this, Rodriguez served as a student life coordinator at Miami Dade College from November 2017 to July 2019. Experience as an AmeriCorps member with City Year from August 2015 to June 2017 involved mentoring and tutoring students in high-need schools to promote academic success and positive behavior. Additional roles included youth development professional at Boys & Girls Clubs of America in the summer of 2014 and resident assistant at Indiana University Bloomington from May 2012 to August 2013. Melissa Rodriguez holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana University Bloomington, attained in 2015.
