Sabrina Ruffolo is an experienced career coach currently working at One Million Degrees since August 2021, where skills in providing one-on-one career development training to first-generation community college students have been emphasized. Prior to this role, Sabrina was a Communications and Training Specialist at Loop Support, addressing client concerns and successfully redesigning content, which enhanced ROI by 50%. Sabrina also served as a Lead Instructor at Family Focus, Inc., where engaging educational curriculums were developed for over 200 students. As Activities Coordinator at Wilbur Wright College, event facilitation for multiple student organizations was executed, alongside the design of public service announcements. Sabrina holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, and Fine Art from Northeastern Illinois University and an Associate's degree in Human Sciences from City Colleges of Chicago-Wilbur Wright College.
