One Million Degrees
Scott Tang is an experienced professional in leadership advisory services, currently working at Spencer Stuart since March 2022. Tang also serves on the MIT Educational Council and coaches for One Million Degrees, which supports low-income students pursuing associate's degrees in Chicago. Prior experience includes a board member role at the Organization Development Network of Chicago, contributing to the skills development of OD practitioners, and a decade-long tenure at Publicis Sapient, where Tang built and led a global organizational research department. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA focused on Organizational Behavior and Marketing from the University of Michigan, where Tang also completed an Advanced Human Resource Executive Program.
