Haichang Lai

Haichang Lai is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in full stack development, currently serving as a Full Stack Engineer at One New Zealand and a Senior Software Engineer - FullStack at Vodafone New Zealand since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Software Engineer at SpeakData Ltd and ClearPoint Ltd NZ, as well as freelance work for BITE Consulting Group Ltd. Haichang's extensive tenure at Touchpoint Group spanned from 2002 to 2014, where responsibilities included product enhancements, technical design, documentation, and mentoring within a Java/J2EE environment. Haichang holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Waikato, obtained in 2001.
