Medesse Sonou, PMP®, is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in leadership and program implementation across international development organizations. Currently serving as the Acting Director of Planning, Projects & Performance and Senior Project Manager at The ONE Campaign, Medesse specializes in advising teams on project management policies, developing training programs, and managing institutional-level projects. Previous roles include serving as Project Manager for Helen Keller International, where Medesse managed the Morbidity Management and Disability Prevention project funded by USAID, and co-founding MAT Creative Marketing, providing consultancy services to small and mid-sized businesses. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in International Development from American University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Gender Studies from the University of Virginia.
