Roni Elchahal

Roni Elchahal is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment and capital partnering. Currently serving as Partner and Head of Capital Partnering at One Peak since January 2025, Roni previously held various leadership positions at General Atlantic from May 2012 to September 2024, including Managing Director, Principal, and Vice President. Earlier career roles included Investment Professional at CI Capital Partners, Associate at General Atlantic, and Associate at The Boston Consulting Group. Roni's academic background encompasses an MBA from Harvard Business School and dual degrees in Economics (Finance) and History from The Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania, respectively.
