Gemma Lewis has a diversified work experience. Gemma started their career as a Pharmacy Assistant at Herforts YouSave Chemist in 2007. Gemma then worked in various positions at Q Station, including Guest Service Agent and Reservations. From 2010 to 2012, Gemma served as an Administration Assistant at Q Station and Sebel Manly, where they assisted the Sales and Marketing Manager and General Managers. In 2012, they became a Human Resources Coordinator at Q Station and Sebel Manly Beach. Gemma then joined QBE Insurance as an HR Consultant in 2013 before transitioning to the role of Human Resources Advisor. Gemma worked at IAG as a Senior HR Specialist and later as an HR Advisor. Gemma also gained experience in the construction industry as a Human Resources Advisor at CPB Contractors. In 2021, they became a Key Leader at lululemon, followed by their current position as a Coach and Personal Trainer at One Playground starting in 2022.
Gemma Lewis began their education journey in 2018 when they enrolled at TAFE NSW to pursue a Diploma in Project Management. Gemma completed their studies in 2019. In 2021, Gemma attended the Fitness Playground Academy, where they obtained a Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness during the academic year 2021-2022. Continuing their educational pursuit, Gemma joined the University of New England (AU) in 2022 and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology, specializing in the field of Exercise Physiology. Their expected graduation date is in 2026.
