Prior to that, they completed their XII Standard in MPC from Bharatiya Vidhya Bhavans Public School, Hyderabad from 1990 to 1992. Additionally, Pankaj has obtained various certifications in subjects such as Customer Experience, Generative AI, Conversational AI, Business Storytelling, Lean Six Sigma, and more from institutions like Udemy, LinkedIn, and Teleperformance in 2023.
