Madison Blanton

Chief Executive Officer at One Step Beyond

Madison Blanton has been with One Step Beyond Inc. since they opened the doors to their first program in 2003. Starting as a Volunteer, and soon thereafter a Direct Support Provider, she gradually moved through the ranks to assume her current position as Chief Executive Officer. Madison believes that the work we do, at every level in the organization, helps to create positive changes in the lives of people who need it. Every OSBI employee helps to provide the participants in programs with opportunities and resources that they would not otherwise have access to. She has seen radical changes in the social service offerings for people with disability in the last two decades and believes that One Step Beyond helped to create a new expectation for how Adult Enrichment Programs, such as the company's, operate and serve their clientele. The upward mobility of high quality social service programs must continue, which is why Madison’s continued work in this field is so important to her. Madison also has an older sister who is diagnosed with Down Syndrome, who routinely helps to guide and influence her work at OSBI.

Madison holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from Arizona State University. She has made it her career to serve and work in the non-profit sector, with many years of experience working and volunteering for organizations such as the Heard Museum, Special Olympics Arizona, and Ballet Arizona. She also served as a Board Member of the Northwest Valley YMCA in both 2014 and 2015 as well as a Member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals during that time.
