Josh Simons is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investor development and structured credit products. Currently serving as Partner and Head of Investor Development at One William Street Capital since February 2008, Josh oversees the expansion and management of the firm's institutional partnerships and the communication of investment strategies. Prior to this role, Josh held positions as Vice President at Lehman Brothers, focusing on structured credit products, and at JP Morgan in the Structured Credit Advisory Group, where the focus was on portfolio management and transactional risk. Josh holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a degree in Accounting from Muhlenberg College.

OWS is led by an exceptional team of five principals with a long history together, specialized expertise in managing asset-based investments, and considerable experience in controlling risk. Our portfolios are diversified across a wide-range of investments including: residential mortgage-backed securities, non-performing/performing whole loans, consumer/commercial asset-backed securities as well as commercial mortgage-backed securities.
