Jose Carmelo Lozada is a professional with extensive experience in plumbing and fire protection engineering, having worked in various roles such as Associate Hydraulics Engineer, Senior Plumbing & Fire Protection Engineer, and Plumbing & Fire Protection Engineer. Jose also has experience as a Project Engineer/Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry. With a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Negros Occidental - Recoletos, Jose brings a strong educational background to their work.
