Alex Harrington

Alex Harrington's work experience includes holding various roles in different companies.

From June 2015 to April 2021, Alex worked as a Senior Devops Engineer at Advanced. In May 2021, they were promoted to the position of Principal DevOps Engineer and then became a Principal Devops Engineer / Architect in March 2022. They are currently still employed at Advanced in this role.

Prior to Advanced, Alex worked at MDSL from February 2009 to June 2015 as a Developer. In this role, they were responsible for application deployment, scalability, and automation. They also had senior responsibility in feature development for financial products, utilizing technologies such as C#, web forms, ASP.NET MVC, and JavaScript.

Alex Harrington attended Brunel University London from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a degree in Leisure Management with Application to Sport Studies, with a focus on Sport Studies. In 2018, they obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services.
