Alexa Rae Mullins is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in clinical management and operational roles. Currently serving as a Clinical Assessor at Onebright since May 2024, Alexa has previously held significant positions at Healios, including Interim Capacity Manager and Mental Health Clinical Service Manager, where responsibilities included optimizing resource usage and ensuring performance targets were met. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Birmingham Women's and Children's NHS Foundation Trust and Simplify Health, as well as clinical positions at Beacon Health Options, The Priory, and North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust. Alexa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing from Keele University.
