Clinical Director at Onebright

Lee Grant is a seasoned mental health professional and academic with extensive experience in cognitive behavioural therapy and mental healthcare. Currently serving as an Elected Board Trustee for the British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) since July 2022, Lee promotes best practices in the field. As the Clinical Director at Onebright since February 2003, Lee oversees clinical governance and mental healthcare delivery for organizations and employees. Prior to this, Lee owned and managed Efficacy, a cognitive behavioural therapy service that evolved into Onebright's current mental health provision. Lee has further contributed to the field as a Programme Leader for MSc Advanced Practice for CBT at King's College London and has clinical experience as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist in an NHS primary care setting. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Mental Health Studies, a Bachelor's in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and a Postgraduate Degree in Academic Practice.
