Joe Duca

Joe Duca is an experienced professional in product management and operations, currently serving as Vice President of Product Management at OneCause since January 2012, with previous roles including Director of Product Management and Client Success Manager. As Chief Operating Officer of The Caprio Group, Duca founded and led a company that designs technology solutions for non-profits, enabling them to enhance their fundraising capabilities. Prior experience includes consulting for non-profits at Upstart Enterprises and holding multiple managerial positions at Orpheum & State Theatres, where Duca improved booking systems and developed user-friendly databases. Duca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Minnesota.
