Kshari Ellis

Kshari Ellis, MBA, currently serves as Human Resources Manager at Amwins since October 2023, building on extensive experience in human resources and event management. Previously, Kshari held multiple roles, including Human Resources Generalist at Greiner Bio-One North America, Inc., and Driven Brands, Inc., where responsibilities included employee relations and HR support. As a Seasonal Onsite Event Manager with OneCause, Kshari supervised fundraising events and managed technology to optimize event revenue. Kshari's background also includes coordinating HR functions at Levy Restaurants and Delaware North, as well as community engagement roles at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Carolinas and United Way organizations. Kshari holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from Strayer University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Service Management from East Carolina University.
