Shirin Lee

Shirin Lee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as Head of Talent at Onecom since February 2022, Shirin leads the Talent Acquisition Team and has developed a comprehensive Talent Acquisition Strategy. Additionally, Shirin contributes to the University of Portsmouth as an Entrepreneur In Residence, mentoring students and staff on business development. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Innovation Group UK, where Shirin focused on technology recruitment, and Commercial Operations Manager at The Executives in Sport Group. Shirin co-founded Mitch's Kitchen, promoting environmentally conscious plant-based eating, and has held various positions in recruitment and music consulting throughout the career, showcasing a diverse skill set and a commitment to excellence in every endeavor.
