Samantha Jones

Samantha Jones, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Consolidations & Corporate Accounting at Diversified since November 2023. Prior to this role, Samantha was the Director of General Accounting at Sally Beauty, overseeing a team of 30 and successfully completing critical SEC filings. Samantha's experience includes managing global accounting teams at CALYX, where responsibilities included US GAAP compliance and consolidated financials for multiple entities. Previous roles include Financial Reporting Manager at Kaplan, Assistant North American Controller at OmniMax International, and Corporate Accounting Manager at UPS, where crucial internal controls and audits were managed. Samantha holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Accounting from Brenau University.
