Varvara Tzika

Varvara Tzika is an experienced engineering manager with a solid background in agile transformation and team leadership across various industries. In the current role as Engineering Manager at OneFit since May 2022, Varvara continues to enhance engineering practices. Previously, Varvara served as Engineering Delivery Lead at Otrium, where responsibilities included creating agile transformation strategies and providing training to enhance team performance. Prior roles include Engineering Manager at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., where Varvara led multiple teams and managed vendor relationships, and Scrum Master at Docler Holding Luxembourg, fostering agile processes. With a foundation in software engineering from the University of Amsterdam, Varvara has also excelled in software development and consultancy roles in various organizations.
