Bryan Burton has over 30 years of work experience in the field of human resources. Bryan'smost recent position is the Director of Human Resources at Oneida ESC Group (OESC) since April 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Director at Power Test Inc. from March 2021 to April 2022. From November 1999 to March 2021, Bryan held the role of Director, Human Resources - North America at Norican Group. Before joining Norican Group, they worked at Castalloy, Inc. as the Human Resources/Health, Safety and Environmental Manager from November 1999 to January 2006. Bryan began their career in 1993 as the Personnel & Safety Director at Aelco Foundries, where they worked until 1999. Bryan's extensive experience in HR leadership roles demonstrates their expertise in managing human resources functions and driving organizational success.

Bryan Burton, MHRLR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, which they obtained from 2005 to 2010. During their time at the university, they also completed a certificate program in International Human Resources. Bryan earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Eureka College from 1989 to 1993.

In addition to their educational achievements, Bryan has obtained certifications to further enhance their professional credentials. Bryan received the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in July 2022. Furthermore, in November 2015, they acquired the Global Professional in Human Resources® (GPHR®) credential from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
