William Labigan has extensive experience in both software engineering and military logistics. Currently serving as a Sr Systems Engineer at O'Neil Software since January 1992, Labigan has developed a strong expertise in technology. Concurrently, Labigan holds the position of Medical Logistics Sergeant in the United States Army Reserve since November 2018, where responsibilities include advising on medical supply issues, overseeing inventory management, and ensuring compliance with regulations for a Battalion. Previous roles in the Army Reserve include First Sergeant of the 362ND Medical Logistics Company, focusing on the training and development of personnel, and serving as a Southern California Emergency Preparedness Liaison Non-Commissioned Officer from August 2016 to September 2018, liaising with emergency management officials for disaster preparedness. Labigan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, completed between April 2000 and May 2002.
