Magdalena Hosko

Magdalena Hosko has a strong background in quality assurance and testing. Magdalena is currently working as a QA Engineer at ONEiO Cloud Oy since September 2022. Prior to this, they were a Test Automation Developer and QA Engineer at Zervant from February 2021 to September 2022. Before that, they worked as a Junior Quality Assurance Tester at Fieldly AB from October 2019 to June 2021. Magdalena also has experience as a QA Engineer and Nordic Market Supervisor at Pixers from August 2015 to March 2021. Additionally, they worked as a PTP Analyst at WNS Global Services SA from December 2014 to March 2016. Magdalena started their career as a Junior Accountant at Bayer in March 2014 and worked there until November 2014.

Magdalena Hosko has a diverse educational background. In 2009 to 2012, they attended the University of Gdansk and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Scandinavian Studies. Following this, from 2011 to 2012, they attended Södertörn University, where they focused on Literary Translation from Swedish into Polish. Subsequently, from 2012 to 2014, they returned to the University of Gdansk and earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Scandinavian Studies. Later, in 2014 to 2015, they pursued postgraduate studies in Accounting and Finance at the University of Gdansk.

Magdalena has also obtained several additional certifications. In 2019, they received the ISTQB Foundation Level certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board. Additionally, in the same year, they completed AHA's First Aid course provided by The Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity. In 2020, they completed a Cyber Security course at the Szkoła Security - Maciej Kofel institution. Furthermore, in 2022, they obtained certifications in FRC Emergency First Aid 4 h® education from the Finnish Red Cross - Suomen Punainen Risti and QA: Security in Software Testing from Niebezpiecznik.
