Darren Stegemann

Darren Stegemann currently serves as Manager of Business Process Optimization at ONEOK since September 2023, following a six-year tenure at Magellan Midstream Partners where roles included Supervisor of Enterprise Asset Management and various positions in business optimization and process improvement. Prior experience includes a decade at State Farm ®, where Darren held several roles, culminating as Senior Process Analyst, driving significant process improvements that enhanced customer experience and generated substantial cost savings. Early career experience includes a marketing internship at the Missouri Lottery. Darren holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
