Sam Wilkerson

Sam Wilkerson is an experienced employee benefits attorney currently serving as Of Counsel at McAfee & Taft since April 2023. In this role, Sam is part of the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Group, providing legal counsel on a wide range of matters related to employee benefits and executive compensation for various entities. Prior to this position, Sam was the Managing Attorney for Employee Benefits at ONE Gas, where responsibilities included advising on compliance and administration of employee benefit plans. Previous experience also includes positions at Waddell & Reed and Stinson LLP, focusing on similar employee benefit law matters.
