Ana-Maria Baboi

Ana-Maria Baboi currently serves as the Director of Marketing and Communications for One&Only Resorts, a position held since August 2024. Previously, Ana-Maria held the role of Senior Marketing Manager at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group from July 2022 to August 2024, following a tenure as Marketing Communications Manager at Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre from February 2021 to June 2022. Earlier in their career, Ana-Maria worked at Emirates Palace in various roles including Assistant Marketing & Communication Manager, Marketing Coordinator, and Operational Marketing Trainee, from April 2016 to February 2021. Ana-Maria holds a Master's degree in Communication in Security and Defence from National Defense University Carol 1 (2013-2015) and a Bachelor's degree in European Studies from the University of Bucharest (2008-2011).
