John Bayona

John Bayona is a Systems Analyst at OneSource Virtual, responsible for troubleshooting various technological issues involving laptops, printers, projectors, monitors, M365 applications, VPN, and networking. Previously, John served as an IT Support Analyst at Brinker International, where skills in PowerShell were developed to create diagnostic tools and automate processes. At Fiesta Restaurant Group, Inc., John played a key role in supporting a point-of-sale rollout and implementing a Windows 10 migration. Additionally, John worked as a Software Quality Analyst at CareSource, successfully completing a Windows 10 migration across multiple branch offices while enhancing departmental efficiency. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from The University of Texas at Arlington.
