Pat Daly

Pat Daly, CPA, currently serves as the Vice President and Global Corporate Controller at OneSpan, starting in December 2023. Pat has an extensive background in finance, having previously held the position of VP, Controller at Olo from December 2019 to June 2023, where responsibilities included powering digital ordering for over 300 restaurant brands. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Controller at Triton International and Corporate Controller at Shutterstock, where notable achievements encompassed managing the accounting functions and leading IPO filings. Pat's career began in the assurance practice at BDO USA, LLP, focusing on private and publicly traded businesses across various industries. Pat holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Fordham University.
